files on iPad does not show on iTune document list

With the latest update of OPlayer, the old files already on iPad does not show on the iTune (10.5.2.11 Win7) or Mac Osx Oplayer document list although the new ones do, but only for the session. Then they also disappear. Major bug. Any advice?

enable backup in the settings page will fix this issue.
